This report is confirmed true. These staff members were headed to Morobo County for an activity when they all got ambushed and abducted by armed group of individuals. They were detained in the bushes up to the late evening hours of the same day when they finally got released after a ransom was paid to the abductors. The sum of the ransom was not ascertained as their office declined to mention it. Abduction of aid workers for ransom in Yei River County has becoming a very common thing and this only worsens the humanitarian crisis.
