This rumour is confirmed true and is of high priority – here's why:
Due to the flooding in Tana River County, most of the grazing land have been affected by water which forces herders to move to higher grounds and in this case, they grazed in farmlands on assumption that the crops were of no value to farmers due to the destruction caused by floods on crops.
