This rumour is probably true – here's why:
It may be true that some children are not going to school as the parents are in a tussle with the chiefs due to a school. However it is difficult to verify and come with rightful conclusion as the area is beyond our scope and we have the chief who has confirmed that the tussle is there and the parents who are not agreeing over the school have decided to pull out their children.

According to Chief of Ngao children have been told to go to any school. The problem is group of few men are not in agreement with the current system in place and want their own school to be build where their children can go. Schools in the area are accepting any child to study their. According to the resident the younger children are going to the nursery school owned by the catholic church while the older children are at home.
